Forget

Final Chapter

By wind

When Seiya awoke, she saw three medical personnel sitting beside her, then she saw the white roof and heard the noise of the ambulance very clearly. She knew where was she now.

“Hey, she’s awake!” One of the medical personnel called when he found Seiya’s eyes were open.

“We are almost there,” another medical personnel said.

Seiya was awake when she arrived to the hospital, but Haruka was badly injured. The medical personnel told her that when they opened the car door, Haruka was covering her. Haruka’s hands were tightly holding Seiya, so that’s why Seiya was only slightly injured from that terrible accident.

Seiya went to call Michiru and gave the general information about Haruka to the hospital.

Even though Seiya wasn’t badly hurt, she still needed to stay in the hospital for a few days.

Seiya sat on her bed and saw it was 5 o’clock in the morning. She remembered that she and Haruka left at 1 o’clock.

Seiya read her hands; she slowly remembered what happened when the accident occurred. The truck’s low beam was right in front of her eyes, which made her only see the white flash. Suddenly, Haruka threw herself towards Seiya. And then, less than a second later, there was a big crushing sound that made Seiya black out.

Seiya could hear Haruka’s voice before she lost all her senses.

Sorry…Seiya…

“Seiya, are you alright?” Princess Kakyuu rushed to the room. Taiki and Yaten were behind her.

“I am fine. It’s just a slight wound.” Seiya raised her injured arms which were well-covered with bandages.

“You are lucky, that guy is still in the emergency room.” Yaten said.

“Is she…alright?” Seiya didn’t know whether she wanted to know the answer or not.

“We don’t know. We separated in two groups when we got here. We came to see you and Michiru, Setsuna, and Hotaru went to see her,” Taiki explained.

Seiya didn’t ask anymore, she just hoped Haruka would be okay.

At noon, Princess Kakyuu came to visit her again with Usagi and the other Senshi.

“How is Haruka?” Seiya asked.

“Well…She is fine now…” Usagi replied but there was no joy on her face.

“So, how is she?” Seiya asked again.

“She hasn’t awakened yet but she is fine now. However… she probably lost all her memories,” Ami answered

And Ami was right. Haruka was awake after a week but she forgot who she was, forgot all her friends and partners. Michiru had stayed beside her and took care of her. Michiru knew the accident had nothing do with Seiya but she still rejected Seiya when she tried to visit Haruka. Not even Princess Kakyuu or Taiki or Yaten were allowed to see her.

“I think it is time for us to go,” Princess Kakyuu said.

“I am so sorry…Michiru is…” Setsuna apologized, but Princess Kakyuu stopped her. “It’s okay, I can understand how she feels.”

“Setsuna, can you help me give this to Haruka? This can get rid of those medical smells.” Seiya gave Setsuna a small bottle of perfume.

“I will,” Setsuna answered and took it.

“One more thing, can I ask you a question?” Seiya asked Setsuna.

“Yes?”

“Why was Usagi so upset when Haruka wanted to send someone out to protect the planet?” Setsuna knew the one Seiya was really asking about was Haruka, not Usagi.

“In the ancient times, Haruka, Michiru and I were sent separately into three different parts of outer space. There aren’t any people; we all fight and guard alone in that place. When our princess needed us to help her, we are reborn in this planet,” Setsuna explained and than added. “And Princess didn’t want us live like the old days, because she treats us as her best friends.”

Seiya finally understood why Haruka’s face was so cold when she said those words.

The next day, Princess Kakyuu and Sailor Star Lights were ready to leave, but Fighter asked them to wait a second. She flew to Haruka’s room when Michiru had left Haruka alone.

“Are you…an Angel?” Haruka was surprised when she saw Seiya as Sailor Star Fighter and with a pair of white wings on her back.

“Yeah,” Fighter confessed She knew Haruka had lost her Sailor Senshi memories and that it would be hard to explain the truth to Haruka, so Fighter just said yes.

“So…what did you come for?” Haruka asked, but Fighter just flew near her and kissed her cheek.

“Thank you for saving me,” Seiya said after the kiss.

Haruka didn’t understand what Fighter meant but she knew Fighter wanted to tell her more. She could see it in her eyes.

“I hope you will get well soon….” Fighter said and disappeared in front of Haruka. Haruka wanted to catch her but she failed.

A slight smell of Kinmoku was left in Haruka’s room and Haruka knew that was from the Angel.

“How are you doing, Haruka?” Setsuna came in the room.

“I am fine, Setsuna…what’s in your hand?” Haruka saw Setsuna was holding a perfume bottle.

“Oh this? I just bought it. You don’t like the medical smell, right? This can cover that horrible smell.” Setsuna put it beside Haruka’s bed.

“Did you really buy this, Setsuna?” Haruka was puzzled because the smell from the perfume was exactly the same smell that Angel left.

“Of course, Haruka. What’s wrong with it?” Setsuna was a bit nervous about Haruka’s question.

“Nothing, Setsuna.” Haruka knew that Setsuna, Michiru and other girls were trying to hide something from her.

Maybe it is something about my accident, so they won’t tell me. Haruka thought.

Princess Kakyuu and Sailor Star Lights were back on their planet Kinmoku. When Healer and Maker were away, Princess Kakyuu asked Fighter, “Is this really good, Fighter?”

Fighter turned to Princess Kakyuu.

“You and Haruka are…” Princess Kakyuu already discovered that they were not only friends.

“It’s okay, Princess.” Fighter answered and went back to her room.

If I do love you, I will go back to Earth.
